County Seeks Candidates for Boards and Commissions

Hawaiʻi County is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill positions on various Boards and Commissions.

These bodies play a vital role in ensuring the communities’ responsible and sustainable development, protecting cultural resources, and upholding standards in planning and appeals processes

Mayor Roth is inviting qualified individuals to apply for a role on the following boards:

 

  1. Kailua Village Design Commission
  2. Board of Appeals
  3. Merit Appeals Board
  4. Cultural Resources Commission
  5. Leeward Planning Commission
  6. Windward Planning Commission

 

Applicants should possess a solid commitment to the community, relevant expertise, and a willingness to dedicate their time to public service.
