Hawai’i Island police are requesting public assistance in locating 36-year-old Parmalee Dawn Lauch Phillips, also known as, Parmalee Lauch, who is wanted for an outstanding criminal warrant and for questioning as a witness in relation to a missing person investigation reported in May 2023.

Phillips, who is described as 5-feet 11-inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, is known to frequent the South Hilo and Puna districts.
