The State Representatives, Senators and County Council members representing West Hawaiʻi will hold a virtual Townhall Meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28 to update residents on the COVID-19 pandemic.
The meeting will include State Senators Lorraine R. Inouye and Dru Mano Kanuha, State Representatives Nicole E. Lowen, Richard P. Creagan, and David A. Tarnas and Hawaii County Councilmembers Karen Eoff, Maile David, Rebecca Villegas, and Tim Richards.
Lt. Governor Josh Green, an emergency room doctor who still serves at the North Kohala Hospital and was formerly a State Representative and State Senator for West Hawaii, will be the special guest for the meeting.
The townhall will be broadcast live on Representative Nicole Lowen’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/nlowen. Other legislators may have it live on their Facebook pages as well. Questions for the Legislators will be taken via Facebook during the event.
