The Hawaʻi Police Department’s South Kohala Community Policing Section invites you to join them for a “Virtual Coffee with a Cop” event on Thursday, May 28, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. via the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s Facebook Page.

Coffee with a Cop events are typically an opportunity for community members to engage in casual conversation with their district police officers over a cup of coffee.   Police say with COVID-19, in-person “coffee with a cop” is not yet possible, hence the invitation for a virtual cup of coffee with a “talk story”  via Facebook Live.

To ensure you receive a notification when this event goes “live,” you are encouraged to visit the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/HawaiiPoliceDepartment), click the “like” icon and turn the notifications on.

Please email any questions you may have ahead of the event to Captain Sherry Bird at  Sherry.Bird@hawaiicounty.gov or feel free to ask your questions as the Facebook Live event is going on.

Please contact the South Kohala Community Policing Section at (808) 887-3080 if you have any questions.
