Anybody in need of food is invited to come today to a Hawaii Food Basket food distribution in Hilo at Afook Chinen Auditorium starting at 10 a.m.  Food distribution goes until noon unless the food supply is given out sooner.

The next food distribution will be this Friday, July 3 at Waimea District Park, starting at 10 a.m.

Food Basket Executive Director Kristin Frost Albrecht says everybody who needs food is welcome, including those who’ve never received food before.
