Wanted man update: Dwayne Cory Wallace Jr. in custody

Dwayne CJ Cory Wallace Jr, 26 years-old of Puna is in police custody and being held in the police cellblock.

He was arrested today at 2:30 pm in Orchidland.  No one was injured during the apprehension.

Wallace Jr. was the subject of an all points bulletin as he was wanted in connection with a second degree murder investigation of the death of of 26-year-old Peter C. Grammar, of Mountain View.   Grammar died from a  gunshot wound to the chest.

Detectives with the Area I Criminal Investigation Section are continuing this investigation which has been classified as second-degree Murder.
