The State Department of Health has announced there are only 63 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state.   That brings the state’s total to 11,522.  There are approximately 6,410 active cases.

Neither Maui County nor Kaua’i have any new cases.  O’ahu has 55 new cases.

The Big Island has 8 new cases.  The Big Island’s total case count is now 659.  There have been 27 deaths on the island from COVID-19, although State Department of Health is only counting 15 of those.  The number of active cases on the Big Island has decreased to around 158.

For the most recent report from Hilo Medical Center about hospitalizations and deaths for both HMC and the Yukio Okutsu Veterans Home, click here.
