The County is sponsoring free COVID-19 testing today by Ali’i Health at Keauhou Shopping Center from 9 a.m. until noon.  The drive-through testing is behind Regal Cinemas.

Tomorrow, the County is sponsoring free COVID-19 testing in Ocean View at Kahuku Park, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Kailua-Kona and Ocean View are both in the Top Four for increases in cases in the past 2 weeks.   The County urges people to get tested, as people can have COVID-19 and have no symptoms or such minor symptoms that they don’t seem like COVID-19 symptoms.   Wear a face covering and bring your own pen along with a hard surface to write on to fill out the form, and bring any insurance information plus your photo I.D.

The Hawaii Island Food Basket will distribute food packages today at Pahoa Community Center from 10 a.m. until noon.  Have your trunk or back seat free so volunteers may place the food there.
