David Ige clarified his mask mandate on Monday. House Speaker Scott Saiki had been urging Gov. Ige to issue a new, clearly-worded mask mandate so there was no confusion. The new mandate says everybody 5 years age and older must wear a mask in public. It also says that business owners shall refuse entry to anybody not wearing a mask.
