County Council committees will hold hearings with Mayor Roth’s Cabinet Appointees Tuesday, January 5, 2021.

The public can view these hearings on the County Council website.

The hearing schedule is as follows:

9 a.m. – Maurice “Moe” Messina – (Director, Parks and Recreation) Committee on Park and Recreation and Public Safety.

9:45 a.m. – Steven Rodenhurst, (Director, Public Works) – Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit

10:30 a.m. Zendo Kern- (Director, Planning Department) Planning Committee

1:00 p.m. – Deanna Sako, (Finance Director) – Council Committee on Finance

2:30 p.m. – Ramzi Mansour (Environmental Management Director) – Committee on Regenerative Architecture, Water, Energy & Environmental Management.

3:30 p.m. – Elizabeth Strance (Corporation Counsel), Lee Lord (Managing Director), Douglass Adams (Director of Research and Development) and Scott Uehara (Director of Information Technology) come before The Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations and Economic Development Hearings.

The County Council has 60 days to confirm appointees.  If the 60 day deadline lapses, appointments are made automatically.
