Department of Water Supply Extends Appointment Only In-Person Services

The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai‘i, will extend in-person services by appointment only through Friday, February 26, 2021.

A press release from (DWS) says customers can schedule in-person appointments to start new water service, get help with existing accounts, and other in person assistance in an effort to maintain safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Customer can call their nearest (DWS) location to make an appointment for an in-person visit.

Waimea: (808) 887-3030

Kona: (808) 322-0600

The DWS is continuing to accept telephone, online, auto-payment, mail, or non-cash payments left in a secured DWS payment drop box.

To pay online visit www.hawaiidws.org, and click either the “Pay Your Bill Online” or “Pay Online” tab and follow the self-service portal.

Customers wishing to pay by telephone can do so anytime by calling 844-216-1994

In-person payment collections remain suspended through February 2021
