Health Department Reports 33 New COVID Cases Statewide

The Hawaiʻi COVID-19 Joint Information Center Daily Digest for Monday, February 8, 2021 reports 33 new cases statewide with no new deaths.  This report includes cases up until Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:59 p.m

Statewide COVID-19 Counts 

Total Cases  26,500

Deaths 418

New Cases: 33

Average Daily Cases: 75

Fatality Rate: 1/6%

 

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reports 3 new cases of Coronavirus with 1 person hospitalized on Hawaiʻi Island.  There have been no deaths reported in the last six weeks

 

Hawaiʻi Island Counts:

Total Cases: 2198

Deaths: 53

New Cases: 3

Average Daily Cases: 3

Fatality Rate: 2.4%
