60 New COVID-19 Cases Reported Statewide

The State Department of Health Joint Information Center Daily Digest for Thursday, March 4, 2021 reports 60 new cases of coronavirus with no new deaths. This report includes cases up until Tuesday, March 3, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts 

Total Cases  27,699

Deaths 441

New Cases: 60

Average Daily Cases: 43

Fatality Rate: 1.6%

Positivity Rate: 1%

Reported Cases in the Last Two Weeks: 635

 

The Hawaiʻi County Department of Health reports 4 new cases of Coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.  No deaths have been reported in the last nine weeks.

Total Cases: 2,252

Deaths: 53

New Cases: 4

Average Daily Cases: 2

Fatality Rate: 2.4%

Positivity Rate: .4%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 29
