Police Charge Hilo Man with Burglary and Theft

Hawai‘i Island police have arrested and charged 31-year-old George A. Labrador of Hilo with burglary and theft offenses.
On Sunday, April 11, 2021, Hilo patrol officers responded to a burglary of a business in the 200 block of Waianuenue Avenue in Hilo.

Officers were able to identify Labrador as a suspect and link items taken in the burglary to him.

After conferring with county prosecutors, police charged Labrador for burglary during an emergency period, theft of credit card, and unlawful possession of confidential information. His total bail was set at $40,000.
