(AP) — Honolulu police have shot and killed a man who entered a home and frightened the occupants. It’s the second time Honolulu police have shot and killed someone in less than two weeks. Chief Susan Ballard says the man walked into the home, sat down and took off his shoes. She says he later punched officers who responded to the burglary call. An officer fired three rounds at the man, who died at a hospital. Last week, police shot and killed a 16-year-old boy during a car chase. Police say the teen was driving a stolen car linked to a crime spree.
