(AP) — Two older brothers of a 16-year-old who was killed by Honolulu police have been indicted in the assault and robbery of a woman. Mark Sykap was arrested over the weekend near a makeshift memorial for his brother, Iremamber Sykap. Mark Sykap has been released on $50,000 bond. Prosecutors say Maruo Sykap remains at large. Officers killed their younger brother earlier this month during a car chase. Police say the younger sibling was driving a stolen car linked to a series of crimes when it rammed police vehicles and ended up in a canal after officers fired at it. Neither of his older brothers could be reached for comment.
