DOH Reports 230 Statewide COVID Cases

The State Department of Health reports 230 new cases of coronavirus with 13 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Monday, September 27, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  78,874

New Cases: 230

Deaths: 770

Daily Case Average: 319

Current Hospitalizations: 259

Positivity Rate: 4.1%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 5388

 

The DOH reports 37 new cases of coronavirus with 2 new COVID-19 related deaths on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 9,950

New Cases: 37

Deaths: 88

Daily Case Average: 51

Current Hospitalizations: 20

Positivity Rate: 5.5%

Fatality Rate: 0.9%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 829

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 13

Total COVID Case Count: 2236

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 20

Total COVID Case Count: 9393

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 144

Total COVID Case Count: 54,878
