DOH Reports 366 New COVID Cases Across the State

The State Department of Health reports 366 new cases of coronavirus with 7 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, September 29, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  79,572

New Cases: 366

Deaths: 789

Daily Case Average: 301

Current Hospitalizations: 182

Positivity Rate: 3.8%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 4883

 

The DOH reports 91 new cases of coronavirus with 1 new COVID-19 related death on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 10,097

New Cases: 91

Deaths: 91

Daily Case Average: 51

Current Hospitalizations: 20

Positivity Rate: 5.3%

Fatality Rate: 0.9%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 792

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 13

Total COVID Case Count: 2268

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 43

Total COVID Case Count: 9468

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 212

Total COVID Case Count: 55,310
