195 New Statewide COVID Cases Reported

The State Department of Health reports 195 new cases of coronavirus.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Saturday, October 2, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  80,323

New Cases: 195

Deaths: 811

Daily Case Average: 259

Current Hospitalizations: 179

Positivity Rate: 3.5%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 4238

 

The DOH reports 40 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 10,249

New Cases: 40

Deaths: 94

Daily Case Average: 50

Current Hospitalizations: 24

Positivity Rate: 5.3%

Fatality Rate: 0.9%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 734

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 14

Total COVID Case Count: 2327

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 16

Total COVID Case Count: 9532

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 118

Total COVID Case Count: 55,768
