DOH Reports 91 New COVID Cases Across the State

The State Department of Health reports 91 new cases of coronavirus with no new COVID-19 related deaths.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Sunday, October 3, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  80,414

New Cases: 91

Deaths: 811

Daily Case Average: 239

Current Hospitalizations: 169

Positivity Rate: 3.4%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 4035

 

The DOH reports 15 new cases of coronavirus with no new COVID-19 related deaths on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 10,264

New Cases: 15

Deaths: 94

Daily Case Average: 48

Current Hospitalizations: 20

Positivity Rate: 5.3%

Fatality Rate: 0.9%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 710

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 7

Total COVID Case Count: 2334

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 12

Total COVID Case Count: 9544

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 53

Total COVID Case Count: 55,821
