DOH Reports 156 New COVID Cases Across the State

The State Department of Health reports 156 new cases of coronavirus with 5 new COVID-19 related deaths.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, October 13, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  82,110

New Cases: 156

Deaths: 862

Daily Case Average: 129

Current Hospitalizations: 95

Positivity Rate: 2%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 2337

 

The DOH reports 34 new cases of coronavirus on Big Island with 2 new COVID-19 related death.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 10,607

New Cases: 34

Deaths: 110

Daily Case Average: 27

Current Hospitalizations: 9

Positivity Rate: 3.8%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 487

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 11

Total COVID Case Count: 2455

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 14

Total COVID Case Count: 9700

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 92

Total COVID Case Count: 56,800
