117 New Statewide COVID Cases Reported

The State Department of Health reports 117 new cases of coronavirus.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Saturday, October 16, 2021.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  82,511

New Cases: 117

Deaths: 876

Daily Case Average: 115

Current Hospitalizations: 90

Positivity Rate: 1.1%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 1991

 

The DOH reports 29 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 10,713

New Cases: 29

Deaths: 112

Daily Case Average: 29

Current Hospitalizations: 8

Positivity Rate: 3.4%

Fatality Rate: 1%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 446

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 13

Total COVID Case Count: 2489

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 13

Total COVID Case Count: 9737

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 54

Total COVID Case Count: 57,002
