DOH Reports 833 New Statewide COVID Cases

The State Department of Health reports 833 new cases of coronavirus with n0 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Saturday, February 5, 2022.  Full data is posted on the State COVID-19 dashboard and on the DOH Disease Outbreak & Control Division website: hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

 

 

 

 

STATEWIDE COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases  227,284

New Cases: 833

Deaths: 1,226

Daily Case Average: 1064

Current Hospitalizations: 283

Fatality Rate: .5%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 21,158

 

The DOH reports 125 new cases of coronavirus with no new COVID-19 related deaths on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

HAWAIʻI ISLAND COVID-19 COUNTS:

Total Cases: 24,543

New Cases: 125

Deaths: 167

Daily Case Average: 144

Current Hospitalizations: 37

Fatality Rate: .7%

Cases Reported in the Last Two Weeks: 2710

 

Kauaʻi

New COVID Cases: 94

Total COVID Case Count: 10,530

 

Maui

New COVID Cases: 103

Total COVID Case Count: 28,429

 

Oʻahu

New COVID Cases: 488

Total COVID Case Count: 158,481
