Statewide COVID-19 Weekly Update

In the last week, the State Department of Health reports 1092 new cases of coronavirus with 14 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, March 16, 2022.  Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 1092

Total Cases  238,764

New Fatalities: 14

Total Fatalities:1,368

Daily Case Average: 97

Positivity Rate: 2.3%

Completed Vaccination Rate: 76.8%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 107 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi  County Counts:

New Cases: 107

Total Cases: 26,089

Daily Case Average: 10

Positivity Rate: 1.7%

Completed Vaccination Rate: 68%

 

Maui County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 122

Total COVID Cases: 28,222

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 160

Total COVID Cases: 11,692

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 608

Total COVID Cases: 165,272
