On Saturday, May 21, military units are scheduled to conduct vehicle convoys from Kawaihae Harbor to Pōhakuloa Training Area (PTA)  between 8am to 3 pm

To minimize effects on traffic during the convoys, military leaders have planned select areas along the route to pull-over and allow motorists to pass safely.

Vehicle movement to and from ports is critical to ensure military units and service members are ready to accomplish their mission and return home safely when deployed.

Any questions or concerns can be directed to the U.S. Army Hawaiʻi’s Community Concern Line at (808) 656-3487 or via email at usarmy.hawaii.comrel@mail.mil .
