In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 8924 new cases of coronavirus with 5 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 8,924

Total Cases 274,495

New Fatalities: 5

Total Fatalities: 1,451

Daily Case Average: 1098

Positivity Rate: 18.3%

Vaccination Rate: 77.6%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 1102 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 1102

Total Cases: 30,377

Daily Case Average: 133

Positivity Rate: 16.2%

Vaccination Rate: 68%

 

Maui County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 772

Total COVID Cases: 31,796

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 443

Total COVID Cases: 13,767

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 6475

Total COVID Cases: 189,866
