The Toughman Hawaiʻi Next Generation Junior Division Tournament of Champions took place on Saturday, Aug. 13 in Hilo. Over 2000 fans packed the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium to cheer on the young MMA athletes who spent numerous hours training for the event.
Highlights of the night included the young fighters circling the perimeter of the auditorium to the theme from “Rocky” and a performance by singer songwriter Kristian Lei.
