In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 1215 new cases of coronavirus with 11 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide.  The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, September 7, 2022.  Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 1215

Total Cases 340,729

New Fatalities: 11

Total Fatalities: 1,655

Daily Case Average: 190

Positivity Rate: 6.4%

Vaccination Rate: 77.3%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 134 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases:134

Total Cases: 38,055

Daily Case Average: 22

Positivity Rate: 4.8%

Vaccination Rate: 69%

 

Maui County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 151

Total COVID Cases: 38,794

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 86

Total COVID Cases: 17,166

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New COVID Cases: 805

Total COVID Cases: 236,254
