HPD Outstanding Warrant List

The Hawaiʻi County Police Department released its official list of individuals with outstanding warrants.  As of Friday September 9, 2022 the following individuals are wanted for outstanding warrants:

Sylvia D. Smith, 56, Kailua Kona
Taylor Smith, 49, Mountain View
Jospeh D. Smithey, 54, Mountain View
Elisa L. Smolinski, 34, Oceanside, CA
Samuel B. Sniffin, 57, Hilo
Paul Snodgrass, 38, Kailua Kona
Chevy K. Soares, 34, Mountain View
Clinton J. Soares, 48, Mountain View
Franklyn S. Soares, 45, Hilo
Franszell K. Soares, 49, Kamuela

Police ask anyone who knows the whereabouts of a person on this list above to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Persons who know a warrant is out for their arrest are advised to report to the nearest police station to avoid having an officer go to their home or workplace to arrest them.

Individuals can find out if they have a misdemeanor warrant or a traffic warrant by going to the Hawaii State Judiciary’s website at www.courts.state.hi.us
