Hawai‘i Island police are asking the public for assistance locating 23-year-old Keoni Jorge Valdez of Kailua-Kona, who is wanted for questioning in a sex assault investigation that occurred in Hilo.
 
Valdez is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall weighing, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
