Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for public assistance in locating 42-year-old Landon Fairbanks, who was last seen near “Two-Step” beach in Hōnaunau on August 3, 2022.

Fairbanks, who was known to frequent Captain Cook and Kailua-Kona, is described as a Caucasian male, 6 feet tall and 220 pounds, with a mustache, goatee and brown eyes. He also has tattoos on his right arm and a half-sleeved, Asian-inspired black tattoo with red flowers on his lower left leg.

Police ask anyone with any information on Fairbanks’ whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
