Over $8.1 Million in Federal Funding for Hawaiʻi Community Health Centers

Community Health Centers (CHCs) on Oʻahu, Maui, Molokaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island will receive over $8.15 million in federal funding from the Department of Health and Human Services to support the delivery of health care services to underserved communities.

The five Hawaiʻi grantees and their awards include

Hana Community Health Center – $1,233,746

Kalihi-Palama Health Center – $2,846,540

Waimanalo Health Center – $1,733,204

Molokai Ohana Health Care, Inc. (Molokai Community Health Center) – $1,005,059

Hamakua Health Center – $1,332,369
