The Hawai‘i Island police department is requesting public assistance in locating 28-year-old Hudson Patrick Ho‘oulu Sauer of Kona who is wanted for an outstanding warrant of arrest relative to several vehicle thefts and for questioning in other criminal investigations. Sauer is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his outer left arm of the Virgin Mary and the word “Ku‘uipo” tattooed in bold black lettering on his inner left arm, as well as a tribal design tattoo on his upper back and neck. He is known to frequent South Kona and was most recently spotted in the Ka‘ū area on Saturday January, 28, 2023.
