(UPDATE)

As of 9:00 am this morning, the flood advisory for North and South Kohala, Hamakua, North and South Hilo, and Puna has expired.

The high wind warning for North and South Kohala has been downgraded to a high wind advisory which remains in effect through this evening.

The high wind advisory for the Hamakua and Kau Districts has been extended through the evening as well.

The winter storm warning for Hawaiʻi Island summits remains in effect through tonight in addition to the high surf warning for east facing shores from Upolu Point in North Kohala through Cape Kumukahi in Puna to South Pont in Kau.
