In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 989 cases of coronavirus with 12 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 989

Total Cases: 380,098

New Fatalities: 12

Total Fatalities: 1,822

Daily Case Average: 70

Positivity Rate: 4.4%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 130 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 130

Total Cases: 42,529

Daily Case Average: 11

Positivity Rate: 3%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 86

Total COVID Cases: 43,286

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 54

Total COVID Cases: 19,117

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 685

Total COVID Cases: 263,852
