Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for public assistance in locating 44-year-old Ralpheal Alfred Kanani Silva, of Hilo who has not been seen or heard from by his family and friends since November 22, 2018.
 
Silva is described as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
