In observance of those who lost their lives in the attacks on Israel, Governor Josh Green has ordered that the United States flag and the Hawai‘i state flag be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol as well as all state offices and agencies effective immediately. National Guard facilities across the state will also implement the same order.

The flags will remain lowered until sunset on Tuesday, October 17.
