Zippy’s opened its first Las Vegas location yesterday at the corner of Badura Avenue and Montessori Street in the southwest side of the city.
After a traditional Hawaiian blessing, the restaurant welcomed a large number of guests who had been in line for hours.  The grand opening festivities were also live streamed on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

Zippy’s was originally set to break ground in Las Vegas in 2020 but had to halt those plans because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Every month through early 2024, the chain will release a new phase of the menu.
