Police Renew Request for Information Regarding Missing Hilo Man

Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for public assistance in locating 62-year-old Elroy Holi Pacheco Jr., of Hilo who was last seen in Hilo on August 16, 2023.
 
Pacheco, who is known to frequent Clem Akina Park in Wainaku and the Clubhouse in Hilo, is described as 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
 
Police ask anyone who may have information on Pacheco Jr.’s whereabouts to contact Detective Christopher Jelsma at (808) 961-2386 or via email at christopher.jelsma@hawaiicounty.gov.
