Woman Sought in Custodial Interference Investigation

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting public assistance in locating 27-year-old Tatiana Sayad and her two-year-old son Ashley Allen. The pair were last seen in the Waimea area in October 2023.

Sayad, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant relative to a custodial interference investigation, resides in Kona but is also known to frequent the Waimea and Hilo areas. She is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 137 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.and may also be using the last name of Jones,.
 
Allen is a male toddler with blonde hair and blue eyes.
 
Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sayad or Allen to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Detective John Kari at (808) 326-4646, Ext. 265, or via email at John.Kari@hawaiicounty.gov.
