In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 751 cases of coronavirus with 6 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed cases up until Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 751

Total Cases: 412,722

New Fatalities: 6

Total Fatalities: 2113

Daily Case Average: 109

Positivity Rate: 8.4%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 56 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 56

Total Cases: 46,189

Daily Case Average: 8

Positivity Rate: 3.9%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 62

Total COVID Cases: 46,074

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 67

Total COVID Cases: 21,495

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 556

Total COVID Cases: 287,254
