Hawai’i Island Police are requesting public assistance in locating 38-year-old Kohl Noho Ikaika Sylva, of Honoka’a. Sylva is wanted on a number of outstanding bench warrants, an arrest warrant for burglary, and questioning in other criminal investigations.

Sylva is described as 5-feet-11-inches tall, 160 pounds, with medium length black hair and hazel eyes.  He has several tattoos, including a shark on his left arm, tattoos on his right forearm, and “Sylva” on his back.  He is known to frequent the Honoka‘a-Waipio Road area.
