Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for public assistance in identifying two unknown male suspects who are wanted for questioning in a sex assault investigation involving a 10-year-old girl.

The assault occurred in the toy department of the Makaʻala Street Target in Hilo around 5pm on December 26, 2023,

The suspects were captured on video surveillance leaving the establishment and leaving the parking lot in a white early 1990’s model Toyota 4Runner.
