The Legal Aid Society of Hawaiʻi will host a free legal information presentation today from Noon to 1pm at the West Hawai‘i Civic Center in Mayor’s Conference Room B-2 – ‘Elua.

The session will cover topics including foreclosure, reverse mortgages, and fair housing.

In a press release Scott K.D. Shishido, Hawai‘i Island Managing Attorney said, “Our session last month in Hilo was well-attended, and we are hoping to offer the same information in Kona to support homeowners who may be experiencing financial hardship and facing mortgage delinquency, default, and/or foreclosures.”

Staff from Legal Aid will offer a short presentation followed by a question-and-answer session,
