Hawai’i Island police are requesting public assistance in locating 52-year-old David Scheper of South Kona, who is wanted for two outstanding bench warrants and for questioning in several other criminal investigations.

Scheper, who was last seen in the Kona District, is described as 5-foot 5-inches tall, 200 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
