Hawai’i Island police are requesting public assistance in identifying two Waikoloa theft suspects captured on video surveillance.

The theft took place at a business located in the Waikoloa Highlands shopping center on September 29.

The adult female suspect was observed to have a tan complexion with medium length dark brown hair, wearing a white colored top, light blue jean shorts, and sandals.  The male was observed to have a tan complexion with short, dark hair, and a beard, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark colored board shorts and slippers. Both suspects, who stole approximately $165 worth of grocery items, were accompanied by 2 children.

Police ask anyone with any information relative to this case to contact Officer Jessica Cook of the South Kohala District at (808) 935-3311 or via email at jessica.cook@hawaiicounty.gov.
