Registration Open for Lifeguarding Certification Course in Pāhoa

Registration is now open for the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification Course at the Pāhoa Community Aquatic Center.

During the course, which will take place daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on March 17-21, participants will gain lifesaving skills. Successful completion of the course will provide a credential that can lead to future job opportunities.

The course is open to individuals who will be 15 years old on or before the final session.

The cost of the course is $122, payable in cash in the exact amount at the first class.
