Florida overcame a 12-point second-half deficit and won its third national championship, defeating Houston 65-63 on Monday night.

Florida’s Will Richard had 18 points, and Walter Clayton Jr. finished with 11 points, with seven assists, five rebounds and the title-sealing defensive closeout with seconds remaining; he shared after the game: “Just go 100 percent. We were just trying to get a stop, and we happened to get it. I’m happy we got it done.”

Florida’s win marked the fourth comeback in six March Madness wins for the Gators (36-4).
