Hawai’i Island police are renewing their request for public information regarding 37-year-old Rick Andrade of Kurtistown, who was reported missing in February.

It was initially reported to police that Andrade was last seen in the area of Volcano Road and Enos Road in Kurtistown on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, however detectives have since learned that he was seen later that evening in the area of 40th Avenue and Pohaku Drive.

Andrade is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 189 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. Andrade is reported to have the following tattoos; a ti-leaf lei band on his right bicep, the name “Andrade” in large lettering on his upper back, and lettering on his right shin.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Andrade’s whereabouts to contact Detective Duane Rapoza of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at (808) 961-2383 or via email at Duane.Rapoza@hawaiicounty.gov.
