May “Coffee With a Cop” Dates Announced

Big Island residents are invited to attend Coffee With a Cop events this May. These monthly meet ups are designed to give the public an opportunity to get to know their law enforcement officers in a casual environment while enjoying refreshments.  Conversation topics can range from community issues to personal anecdotes.

Detailed information regarding this month’s events are as follows:

 

  • Wednesday, May 21 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m – Kona Heaven Coffee, in the Coconut Grove Shopping Center
  • Thursday, May 22 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Burger King Waimea
  • Friday, May 23, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Kona Mountain Coffee Co – Kailua-Kona.
  • Wednesday, May 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Uncle Kimo’s Coffee Shop – Hōlualoa.
  • Friday, May 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Kona Coffee & Tea, in the Kona Coast Shopping Center
